Our training is carried out subject to the following terms and conditions
100 % Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with your Quickbooks Training. As we proceed through the training we will ask you at various intervals if you are happy with the scope and pace of the training and whether there are areas that you would like to cover in more detail. At the end of the training we will survey you for your feedback, we want you to be pleased with our service. If you are unhappy and feel that the training provided falls short of what you expected we will at your request arrange for further training day with you at no cost under our 100% Guarantee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due on Invoice when booking, payment can be made directly on this website by Credit Card or direct to our Bank Account by Bacs or by post by cheque.
Training Day
The training is normally carried out on your premises with your computer. If this is not possible please let us know in advance and we can bring a Laptop with Quickbooks installed upon.
The training normally runs from 10.00am to 4.00pm, however these hours can be altered by prior arrangement. Regular intervals are provided including a lunch break to ensure that you stay fresh and focused and therefore benefit from Quickbooks training course you are attending.
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel or amend the date of the training prior to the arranged day just let us know and we will be happy to re-schedule the training to suit your new requirements. Please provide as much notice as possible to avoid cancellation charges.
The following cancellation charges will apply.
Less than 24 Hours notice.. 100 % Cancellation charge
1 day to 2 days notice 50% Cancellation charge
3 days to 7 days notice 25% Cancelaltion charge
More than 7 days notice No charges.
Equipment
Training is carried out on your computer and your Quickbooks Program and data. If this is not available please let us know in advance so we can bring the appropriate computer equipment with us, if you fail to advise us that equipment, premises, or those due to attend the training are not available and as a result of this the training is unable to take place then the above cancellation charges will apply.
