How do you create an invoice from an estimate in Quickbooks
An estimate in Quickbooks can be renamed to Quotation or Pro -Forma Invoice or indeed anything you like, you then produce one of these send it to your customer and when your customer accepts and you want to go ahead and invoice you can simply convert it to an invoice rather than having to re- enter all the information again.
